This hotel is nestled in a gorgeous pine forest offering a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The amenities include a nice park atmosphere, and the service is quite accommodating. However, the rooms need significant improvements as they were old and unsanitary. The location is fantastic, but the lack of proper air conditioning and soundproofing made my stay less enjoyable.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were very old, with an unpleasant smell and signs of moisture and mold coming down the walls. They were just big enough for the beds and lacked proper air conditioning.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and encouraged us to participate in various group activities. To apologize for a previous misunderstanding, they kindly provided two lovely toys for our babies, which was a nice touch.
Location

The location was absolutely amazing, set in the middle of a large pinewood forest, providing a serene environment with shady trees and beautiful plants.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were pretty minimalist; however, the opportunity to stay in a bungalow with a kitchen allowed for making our own meals, which was convenient.
Facilities

The hotel had good facilities but could use some enhancements as well. The pool area was pleasant and well-maintained, which provided a nice spot to relax.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the serene environment surrounded by pine trees was absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxation. The rooms offered a lot of privacy and the beach location with reserved sunbeds was fantastic for our family holiday. However, I found the service a bit lacking in friendliness, which somewhat dampened the experience, and the dining options were quite basic.

Rooms

The rooms were nestled in a luxurious pine-tree garden, providing enough privacy and a quiet environment. They were comfortable but not particularly clean.

The service was correct but not very friendly, which was disappointing. At times, I felt a bit disrespected, especially at the gym and reception.

The hotel is excellently located right on the beach with allocated sunbeds for the villa. It's also close to Cecina, which has plenty of amenities and restaurants.
Dining

The dining experience was minimalist, which might not suit everyone. I appreciated having a kitchen in the bungalow for breakfast and lunch.
Facilities

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have mixed feelings. On the bright side, the location in the beautiful park with lots of greenery is fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. However, the rooms need significant improvement as they were old and not well-maintained, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I appreciated the friendly service and great surroundings, but the room conditions definitely detracted from my experience.

The hotel offers a beautiful, tranquil environment nestled in a lovely pine tree garden, which I really enjoyed. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the beach. However, I did encounter some ants in the room, and I found the service to be friendly but not very effective. Overall, it's a nice place to stay for its serene atmosphere and great proximity to the beach, but the room conditions could use some improvement.

Rooms

The rooms were immersed in a luxurious pine tree garden, full of beautiful plants and flowers. They were clean, but I did notice some ants in the room, which was a bit off-putting. The space felt just big enough for the beds, and I found the lack of proper air conditioning and soundproofing between rooms to be not ideal.
Service
6.0
The staff were pleasant and provided two nice toys for our babies to apologize for a misunderstanding, which I appreciated. However, the service was a bit inefficient, and I felt that the staff could have been more communicative and helpful during our stay.
Location

The location was perfect—right on the beach and close to nearby shopping and markets in Cecina. I also liked that it was close to the Bolgheri Rosso wine area, which was a nice touch for some local exploration.

I loved being in a bungalow with a kitchen that allowed me to make breakfast and lunch. We also enjoyed meals at a nearby restaurant that served delicious salads. It was nice to have those options, although I could see some might prefer a more extensive dining setup.
Facilities

The hotel had decent facilities, with a lovely pool area that was well-kept, which made for a relaxing time. It felt family-friendly and the overall atmosphere was very quiet and pleasant.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and a friendly staff that was always ready to help. The location couldn't be better, right on the beach and near a charming town with shops and restaurants. However, I found the dining options a bit lacking, especially at breakfast. Overall, it's a great value for money, but some areas like Wi-Fi fees were a little annoying.

Rooms

The rooms were clean and really comfortable, although I wish there was an eating table outside to enjoy meals with a view.
Service
